Good product...poor shipping |

The grommets came as specified and will work good for the job. The hole for the 1/8" cable is a bit sloppy, but will work out ok.
I'm not too happy about the shipping. The package was estimated at 1 lb. When it was significantly less. Maybe 6 oz. It was also packaged in a way oversized box. The shipping costs were then way too high. I paid $30 to get it to the US/CAN border then another $40 once it crossed. All that for a $70 purchase that could have been shipped in a small bubble wrap shipping package. It was not breakable.
I was not happy to pay more for shipping than the actual product, especially since it was unnecessary.
Do better at packaging and keeping shipping costs down!!!
