Good customer service, poor tool July 14, 2018 Reviewer: Ronald Smith from Hoodsport, WA United States   I installed Cable Rail about 12 years ago, and love it.  Now it is time to completely re-stain the deck, and I needed to remove the cable rail.  Can't do it without releasing the end fittings, and needed the release tool to do that.  Bought two tools.  Destroyed both in trying to release 10 cables. Got 9 cables off, one left on, but will be able to work around it.  Not sure how the tool can be improved due to small size.   Customer service good as no shipping charges.  Would be better if catalog showed I need to spend $199 to get my $7 tools shipped free, but they did ship it at no cost. Cable release tool March 19, 2017 Reviewer: Steven Burgess from WINDSOR, CO United States   Cable release tool for the 1/8" cable is too short and deformed when placed into the receiver clip.  when moved around inside the receiver, the tool deformed and is too week due to the thin metal structure.  I cannot use these tools and they are worthless in my professional opinion.  I have installed over 2500 lft of cable railing and will not be using these tools.
