The Quick-Connect® attaches to the face of the end post using lag screws or bolts (Bolts sold separately). Tension adjusted by spinning the special swiveling turnbuckle body. 130° pivoting allows for easy angled stair terminations. Approximate "take-up" amount is 3/4". See Open/Closed dimensions on chart below.

Typically paired with Quick-Connect® Fixed Surface Mount or another Quick-Connect® Surface Mount Swivel Turnbuckle.
