Good customer service, poor tool |

I installed Cable Rail about 12 years ago, and love it. Now it is time to completely re-stain the deck, and I needed to remove the cable rail. Can't do it without releasing the end fittings, and needed the release tool to do that. Bought two tools. Destroyed both in trying to release 10 cables. Got 9 cables off, one left on, but will be able to work around it. Not sure how the tool can be improved due to small size.
Customer service good as no shipping charges. Would be better if catalog showed I need to spend $199 to get my $7 tools shipped free, but they did ship it at no cost.
